The GLOBAL RESEARCH FOUNDATION FOR CORPORATE GOVERNANCE has been established with the objective of providing a platform for academicians, researchers, professionals, corporate, and practitioners to discuss, deliberate, disseminate and further the issues related to education which includes corporate governance and areas allied thereto.

The Foundation aims to organize meets, seminars, workshops, symposiums, conferences,training programs, panel discussions, lectures, industry awareness programs, faculty development programs, management development programs, multi- disciplinary research, courses on relevant themes involving the collaboration of industry, academic thinkers, professionals and philosophers at national and international level.

The Global Research Foundation of Corporate Governance publishes “Corporate Governance Insight” – a bi-annual refreed journal (we have a specific guidelines for manuscript and rigorous peer reviewed process) with the objective of promoting and disseminating new knowledge and research in Corporate Governance and other allied areas on a global level.

Our membership is designed to help the members in upgrading their existing knowledge which would facilitate them to improve their research, teaching and consulting activities by providing some special benefits in the events and activities of the foundation.
